Jeff and I were able to have a weekend away for our anniversary. Blake and Laura stayed with the kids and we were off to Carlsbad, CA! It was one of the best trips we have ever had, it fact we weren't ready to come home! We enjoyed the local restaurants (I think we are more daring without the kids), drove up the coast, laid out at the beach, boogie boarded, walk the pier in Oceanside, and totally enjoyed just being with each other.

In the third picture when you guys are on the beach and Jeff's arm is in front of you, I thought you had a hairy chest. It took me a minute to figure out what it was. Fun trip and I am jealous- but good for you!
