First Ever!

The kids had their first sleep over away from home without Dad or Mom! The girls have been planning this sleep over for 6 weeks with Natalie - plenty of time to get ready! They all did great and had a fun time!

Tsunami Triathlon

Emily, Savanah and Justin all did a triathlon together! This was Emily and Justin's first time. They all did great and said they would want to do a triathlon again!

Lagoon

We had such a fun day at Lagoon! We have been promising the kids for years that we would go. The right day came along - cool weather, during the week (no crowds!) and we even had coupons! The kids all did great. We made it the whole day without any fights or breakdown from parents or kids! All the kids love riding just about everything, even the kiddie rides with little ones which made for a smooth day. The only disappointment was when the day was over!

Father's Day

Jeff had a great Father's Day! We made him breakfast in bed, gave him presents - some he especially needed that morning like a new razor! He went for a bike ride and made it to Sacrament meeting right on time to see the kids sing Father's Day songs to all the Dad's. For dinner we headed over to Grandpa and Grandma's with all the family. Always a treat to have dinner at their house and visit. Jeff escaped to the basement to watch golf for a few (or more) hours. Unfortunately no camera came along to document the fun day!

Jeremiah Johnson

Justin had a great time at day camp this year. His scout troop was able to ride in the canoes this year, and we also let him buy a pocket knife which made camp great for Justin!

Lisa's B-Day

My birthday is never very exciting - I think we are still recovering from Emily and Savanah's birthday so close to mine. However this year was different! Jeff and I were able to leave for the entire day. That alone is such a treat for me! We spent most the day in Salt Lake shopping, had lunch and dinner out and enjoyed being together and having conversations without being interrupted! Hopefully we are on to a new tradition!

The girls had a such a fun birthday. First thing in the morning they wanted to open presents, next we had their birthday party - laser tag with friends. For dinner their request was dinner at Olive Garden, a treat for all of us! Then home for cake and ice cream. A long day, but they enjoyed every minute!
