Jeff's job change

Jeff has decided to switch to a different Mortgage company.  He is now doing Mortgages under American Financial Network.  He flew to California for the day to get a feel for the company.  Things started off really rocky and it was a tough first month but he feels like everything is finally in place and running smoothly, and hopefully a lot less stress!

I was the YW Secretary with these incredible women.  After 14 years in the Spring Hollow Ward we had to say goodbye...this was our 3rd ward split and each time we ended up in the same ward except this time.  Now we are attending the Pacific Drive 2nd Ward.

  Change is good and we will love our new ward.  Just days after the "split" happened we had so many people from the new ward come meet us, welcome us, introduce themselves...our house felt like Grand Central Station!  But it was so nice and put our family at ease for Sunday when we would attended our new ward.  Really the hardest part will be switching church buildings.  So hard to drive to church now when we have the Stake Center across the street!  But if that is our only complaint then I think things will go pretty good making the switch to a new ward :)

Winter Swim Lessons

Ethan and Kate have started private swim lessons.  We always have the kids start at the rec center for a couple years then do the rest of their lessons private.  They tend to improve dramatically in the private lessons!  Just the two times Ethan and Kate have gone they have learned so much...both have already learned the crawl stroke and we are excited to see how far they go!

Another fun trip to Soldier Hollow!  Grandpa and Grandma are so nice to take us every year and we LOVE it!  As soon as Kate had her last run down the hill she said "so we get to come next year, right?!?"  What a fun evening to be with cousins and family!
