Grandmummy was nice enough to give us her week time share in Eden, UT. We couldn't stay the whole week but decided to make a fun weekend out of it! On our list of things to do this summer were the Hill Aerospace Museum and the George Eccles Dinosaur Museum. What a perfect time to check some activities off our list!

First stop was the aerospace museum. The kids loved it! It was neat to see all the aircraft and even get a close up on the plane their Grandpa Porter flew in the Air Force. We also made a quick stop to the Ogden Airport for the kids to see where Jeff learned to fly airplanes and get his pilots license.

Next we headed to the Dinosaur Museum. It was also a lot of fun and the kids loved the life size dinosaurs.

The next day Jeff took us to the place where he spent summers at Space camp and Band camp, the kids played in the pool and Jeff and Justin even snuck in a round of golf!

Unfortunately Ethan came down with a stomach bug Saturday night and then it hit Jeff Monday morning, but we still had a great time and had fun weekend with just our family

Emily's Mold

At the end of the school year we found mold on the ceiling of Emily's room - yuck!!! It has been a long process in getting it fixed, and we put Emily into Savanah's room while the work was being done. The whole thing ended up being a lot cheaper than we originally expected and both girls are glad to be back in their own rooms!

Savanah and Justin did great at their swim meet! Savanah swam 50 free, taking 2nd place and 50 breast, taking 4th place. Justin swam 50 freestyle, taking 5th place.

The kids were counting down the minutes until we could go to Grandpa and Grandmas to celebrate the 4th of July...swimming, BBQ, Fireworks and Family - we had a great time!
